“God is my refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though its waters roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with its swelling” Psalm46:1-3. This is my go-to scripture when everything seems to be going to hell in a handbasket. I feel like the buds are on the fig tree (Luke 21:30) when I watch the news and see what is happening around the world. On top of everything else there was a story today about 4 boys who forced boarded a school bus near Atlanta and beat several kids up sending one to the hospital. Evil is rampant from Washington down to our own county. There was an election last week in an adjoining county in a town of less than 2000 people, it did not go as one side wanted so they have started a huge fight to block the results….sound familiar. Revelation 22:20. The anger and animosity are over the top and the only fix that I know of is Jesus Christ. Let us start the ball rolling in that direction by fasting and praying tomorrow and asking everyone we know to join us in the effort to bring peace and joy through the Holy Spirit intervention! Praise God from Whom all blessings flow.
